4th meeting of the 2nd mandate council

Capital Council mandate 2 opened Ordinary Meeting 4 in the morning of September 11, 2014, at the Capital Hall, presided over by His Excellency Mob Sarin, president of the Council and President of the assembly was meeting was attended by the members of the Capital Council number 21 on the 21 board of governors, Phnom Penh, number 2 on the 7 director, deputy director, administrative director Director Division of Phnom Penh Municipality and head of the Department – the unit around the Capital Hall, 51 images, as well as representatives of non-governmental organizations and representatives 9 people total presence of 83. Council Meeting Agenda

• Phnom Penh Agenda Council approved support for 15 of the 21 votes (Voice does not support 6 by walking out of the meeting from the 1st agenda).
• 1st Capital Council agenda approved log the 3rd Ordinary Meeting of the 2nd Capital Council mandate on 13 August 2014 by 15 votes on 15 votes approved the content of the draft completely edited after a certain point.
• Agenda 2 Capital Council approved Annual Report of August on the implementation of the work of the administration of Phnom Penh, which presented by Mr. Huot Ohio VP Capital Hall by votes of 15 on the 15-tone unified content beginning of the draft after editing the some point.
• Agenda 3 Capital Council adopted a decision on the recognition of Vice President and member of the Technical Coordinating Committee of the Municipal Council Mandate 2 by 15 votes on 15 votes approved the content of the draft completely.

Praised Governor who performed better job and raise a number of issues including:

1. Khmer identification card and family book has been slow.
2. The company’s waste collection Tri main goal in 12 districts did not timely.
3. Thinking to suppose that in the creation of the commission and working group for preparation and consulting platform’s 2nd Capital Council mandate in the 12 districts to respond to citizens’ requests suggestions raised at the forum was timely.

In response to the foregoing Governor HE Seng Ratanak and a representative of HE Governor explained and illuminated offer meeting was informed about the move so far and at the front of the administration, Phnom Penh, as well as accept the recommendation that the assembly raised relate to the administration of the municipality of Phnom Penh to edit.
