Ground Breaking Ceremony of Phnom Daun Penh Primary School

2 stories of 3 school buildings located within Daun Penh Primary School, the donation from Hanoi City, the sister-city of Phnom Penh was officially hold its ground breaking ceremony in the morning of January 11, 2014 under presidency of H.E Governor PA Socheatevong and H.E Nguyen The Thao, Chairman of Hanoi People’s Committee of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.
Mentioning in that event, H.E Governor PA Socheatevong had remarked the ground breaking ceremony of the school to strengthen bond relationship and solidarity between citizens of both cities, Phnom Penh and Hanoi and it would help in classroom shortage in Phnom Penh. In the name of sister-city, people of Hanoi had always continuously support Phnom Penh in difficulty, especially in the development of Phnom Penh. At the same time, H.E Nguyen The Thao, Chairman of Hanoi People’s Committee had firmly addressed that people of Hanoi city would extend its close cooperation with the Capital Hall to express sisterhood and as the witness of helping each other among both cities.
