5th Ordinary Meeting of the 2nd mandate council

Capital Council mandate 2 opened Ordinary Meeting 5 in the morning of October 07, 2014, at the Capital Hall, presided over by His Excellency Mob Sarin, president of the council and president of the assembly was meeting was attended by the members of the Capital Council 19 on 21 (absence 2 has authorized 1 and resigned from the position 1) Board of Governors, Phnom Penh, the number 4 on the 7 director, deputy director, administrative director Director Division of Phnom Penh Municipality and Director – entities around the Capital Hall, 53, as well as representatives of non-governmental organizations and representatives of some 9 total The presence of all 85 members.
Council Meeting Agenda

  • The agenda includes Capital Council approved support for 19-over 19.
  • 1st Capital Council agenda adopted logs 4th Ordinary Meeting of the 2nd Capital Council mandate on 11 September 2014 by 18 votes on the 19 (not supported 1) agree the content of the draft.
  • Agenda 2 Capital Council approved quarterly report 3 on the implementation of the work of the administration of Phnom Penh, which presented by Mr. Chan Yada Director of Administration, Phnom Penh, with votes 19 on the 19 agreed the content beginning of the draft, after being amended some point.
  • Agenda 3 Capital Council adopted a decision on the establishment of a working group planning, development and investment program of three-year rolling Phnom Penh and calendar work for building development plan of Phnom Penh (2015-2019) by a vote 19 on the 19 agreed the content the beginning of the draft.

With this meeting appreciated the Governor who performed better jobs and raised the number of jobs, including:

  1. Khmer identification card and family book has been slow.
  2. Request table provides a list of names of employees, officials City Hall Council knew.
  3. Take legal action against the driver alcohol and drug intake caused the accident until the loss of people’s lives.
  4. State to intervene to Phnom Penh Water Supply Water Networking Trapeang Sok village because there is no clean drinking water.
  5. Business Review Team and sand to prevent soil dug too deep.
  6. Take legal action for heavy vehicles is not technically correct.

In response to the foregoing, HE Governor Seng Ratanak and as a representative of HE Governor interpretation and clarification meeting was informed about the past and move ahead of the Phnom Penh administration and accept the recommendations of assembly raised related to the school’s administrative capital to edit.
Minutes, HE Chairman of Capital Council thanked the members who were present in the meeting and briefed the assembly was the Preparation Meeting 6th Capital Council Mandate 2, which will be held on Wednesday, November 11, 2014 at the auditorium the same.
