1st meeting of the 2nd mandate council

Capital Council mandate 2 opened Ordinary Meeting, 1 in the morning of June 12, 2014, at the Capital Hall, presided over by His Excellency Mob Sarin, president of the council and president of the assembly was the audience participation of members of the Council, Phnom Penh, number 21 on the 21 board of governors, Phnom Penh, number 2 on the 7 Deputy Director of Administration Principals Division of Phnom Penh Municipality and head of the Department – the unit around the Capital Hall, 53, as well as representatives of non-governmental organizations and representatives 9 people total presence of all 85 members. Council Meeting Agenda

• Agenda 1 Instruction 015, dated 28 May 2009, the Interior Ministry’s Council on the organization’s internal regulations and model internal regulations of the Council, presented by Mr. Chan, Deputy Director of Administration.
• Agenda 2 initiated the draft calendar of Capital Council’s Ordinary Meeting 2nd mandate for a period of 12 months from the 2nd Ordinary Meeting from administrative deputy director Chan Hall
• Agenda 3 report the results of the implementation of the Capital Hall in the 2nd mandate of the Phnom Penh Municipal Council and the work remaining direction for a period of 3 months, which has been approved by the Capital Council mandate, priority 1 and be implemented to continue to read the offer by Mr. Chan Yada Deputy Director of Administration, Phnom Penh.
